I grew up visiting St George every summer with my grandparents and all of my cousins. This was back in the mid-late 90's. We are going back in July and I can't wait to take my kids here and show them how beautiful it is. We especially have to visit the ice cream shop!! Thank you for this video. St George is so beautiful and calm ❤❤
That is so exciting to hear!! And we are so glad you enjoyed the video! St. George is such a beautiful, hidden gem in the panhandle. Here’s to having an amazing time on your trip in July!
Cool video. The island is an amazing place in the panhandle. Here’s some advice shoot your video and wide angle so you don’t get those bars on the side 16:9 is preferred. I shoot all my video and wide format 4K
Such a great question! I want to say both - since they were both amazing in their own ways. However, we would probably do Jack's Shack over again. We can easily walk there from the ship and don't have to rely on transportation to and/or from, which means more time for us to hang out at the beach!
BARRACHINA is a fake tourist trap for gullible tourists. The piña colada did not originate there, it actually happened at the Caribe Hilton hotel. Don’t waste your time or money at BARRACHINA, there’s better food and drinks practically anywhere else.
What a well-done video! I have a few questions for you: what was the cost of this excursion and when did you do it? Also did you do any snorkeling and if so, was there anything to see? Do you have any other options, like kayaking or other things to do while you are there? How long was the excursion overall? Thanks in advance. The food looked really yummy!! Thanks for sharing this option in Grand Turk! It's one of our favorite places to go, but we usually enjoy our free beach and pool day there. This option might be fun to explore!
We are so glad you enjoyed it! We did this excursion in April - it was through the cruise line - Carnival Magic from Port Canaveral on this particular cruise. It was around $115 per person. There wasn't any snorkeling equipment available, only floats and other beach toys similar to that. If you brought your own snorkeling equipment, you might have a chance of seeing some fish around the rocky alcoves. But we didn't bring our snorkels on this trip. As far as time, we ended up staying as long as they possibly would allow us (lol) so about 4 hours. Although it was so nice we could've stayed all day! We did another video of Jack's Shack in Grand Turk - which is another fun option in the area. So many beautiful places to visit!! Thanks for the great questions! And hope this helps :)
@@larrydraper2118 We're so glad you enjoyed the video! Yes, this excursion was purchased directly through the cruise line. We paid 119 per person for this particular one.
