come on Dude ! Everybody knows that the plan was NOT to do all the killing and cleaning in 30 minutes. OJ planned to do all that by leaving much earlier, during his fake visit to McDonald's (his lame-ass pseudo alibi). Problem is : he needed a witness to whom he could tell he was going to McDonald's, so he took the immensely stupid decision to go tell exactly that to Kato who totally screwed up his plan by asking if he could come along !! LOL ANY smart man would then have cancelled the whole plan, but OJ being OJ, he went to McDonald's with Kato, got the burgers, drove him back to his guest house and then, knowing that he had critically diminished his "window of opportunity", still stupidly chose to go ahead with the plan, adding a higher degree of stress to an already stressful plan. No wonder he made so many mistakes and f** ups ! (not cancelling everything when Goldman showed up (if one supposes OJ was hiding in the bushes, waiting for Nicole alone), dropping the cap and the glove, driving back like a maniac, putting blood on the Bronco, attempting to evade the limo driver by going to the rear entrance and loudly bumping into the guest house wall, dropping the other bloody glove, dropping left-hand blood drops all over the place ... Man, he should have been featured on AMERICA'S DUMBEST CRIMINALS.
