Pauls role was to gather the Gentiles, so he meet with them on their grounds in their tabernacle. To teach them of this man called Christ. Then bringing them to the Truth.
A good dictionary will give the etymology of a word. Giving the meaning of the Greek 'ekklesia' did not correct or change the definition found in the Scripture, but it gave the etymology of the word 'church.' This etymology gives us a better understanding of how to rightly divide the church, because you get the same answer wherever you search for it.
Thank you for the message, Jason. I am so glad the blood of Christ does not cover our sin when we repent of our sin and place our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, it does not hide or conceal our sin, it cleanses and eradicates our sin. After we are saved, if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) Hallelujah to the Lamb forevermore!
I just listened to your message in Proverbs, and it was very good. You did a great job preaching. So many of the verses that you used were a blessing and an encouragement to my heart. Thank you!
Thank you for asking this question. It is a reasonable question to ask. There are basically two facets to a proper response to your question. First, mankind in general has consistently rejected God. God personally interacted with Adam and Eve, yet they rejected Him and the one rule He has set for them. When Jesus, Who is God in the flesh, came to earth, He was rejected by Jews and Gentiles alike. If God came to your door to introduce Himself to you personally, your response would likely be the same as all the others throughout history. Second, God wants you to willingly choose to have a relationship with Him. God will not force Himself on you. He created you with a free will, able to choose a relationship with Him or to reject Him. He offers you a relationship with Himself, through the Lord Jesus Christ, but you must make the choice to have a relationship with Him and to seek that relationship in the way He prescribed.
There is no such thing as "the Rapture". It is not in the Bible and God warns those who teach His People to fly. Ezekiel 13:20 Also, Isaiah 52:12 "For ye shall not go out with haste nor go by flight; for the Lord will go before you; and the God of Israel will be your reward". Do not be fooled by anyone talking of a rapture it is false teaching. Rapture theory began in 1830 and has been promoted by false teachers ever since. If the rapture were true it would be mentioned in Revelation and there is no mention of it because it's a lie.
Thank you for your comment. Please allow me to respond to your statements. First, the Old Testament prophecies you referenced are not addressed to New Testament saints. Simply put, they are addressed to the nation of Israel. Israel will not be raptured because 1) they remain in unbelief and 2) they are the focus of God's work during the Tribulation - the "time of Jacob's trouble." Second, while there is no specific mention of the rapture of the saints in the book of Revelation, there is a clear indicator of the rapture. New Testament churches are mentioned in chapters 1-3, however, not one New Testament church is mentioned from chapter 4 to the end of the book of Revelation. When we study the Scripture and compare one prophecy with another, especially as it relates to New Testament believers, it is quite clear that there IS a rapture of the saints that will occur BEFORE the antichrist is revealed and the tribulation period begins (1Co 15:51-54; 1Th 4:13-18; 5:9; 2Pe 2:4-10, etc.) I hope you will prayerfully consider these truths and align your belief with Bible teaching.
This is pure apostasy, what Bible are you using? Where is the mention of a rapture in Mark 13 , Matthew 24, and as you admit it is NOT in Revelation? God tells us in Matthew 24 and Mark 13 exactly what will happen at the end of this millennium and there is NO rapture anywhere. Surely if there was such a thing as a rapture it would be clearly stated in these verses. We serve a God of truth not of confusion. None of your Bible citations are describing a rapture. You are reading that into the verses. The word rapture isn't even in the Bible. I suggest you read the original manuscripts of the Bible using the King James version and a Strong's concordance to find the real meaning of the Bible.
No. Jesus did not reveal the name of the antichrist. It is silly to think Jesus told us we would not know the day or the hour, but in the next breath tell us the name of antichrist. If we know the name of the antichrist, we would know the day and the hour. Either Jesus was wrong in telling us we would not know the day or the hour or this video is incorrect. I know who I trust.
There is a scripture that is proven to be true for me, over and over, every time someone speak with authority on the pre tribulation rapture in a positive way, I am comforted. 1 Thessalonians 4:18 KJV "Wherefore comfort one another with these words." Thank you
I am so glad the Lord redeemed me. It’s so good to be reminded about this, and the fact that others need to hear about the awesome fact that the Lord will Redeem us.
Dear pastor I don't want to end up in this place I accepted Jesus in 1991 but over the years I lost the joy of salvation now I question ❓ was I ever really saved I went to churches that now they called the false prophets. I don't want to be deceived this is scary.
