Bro you have Steven as the dark horse. He hasn't ran sub 44 this year but if he is healthy he is my pick for the 🥇. Christopher signed with Adidas. No factor for a medal this Olympics. Christopher Bailey could sneak in there with his strong last 50m. You are right about Norman. You can't trust him especially since we haven't seen him run a sub 44 in awhile. Your prediction is good. Hudson is in beast mode. I can't wait.
You Jamaican and speaking this way you talk like American and you looking like American.but we gonna make you takes back your words.Krishane Thompson gonna take the gold for Jamaica and set a new world record .
And if he does I will be happy for him, whether he gets 1st or last. Being an Olympian is a huge achievement. But being unbiased I still see Noah taking it. Only time will tell if I’m right ! 🇯🇲🇺🇸
Really weird take, especially since this guy is being respectful. Also, how does an "American look?" Every Jamaican I know looks like a Black American.
I agree with your assessment of Quincy being a strength based 400 runner. Having said that, dude is simply an amazing talent. I wish him the best in Paris and the future.
Yes you have good power, but you very much need to Improve the technique....... you are cycling out of the starts which creates more airtime and slows you down..... you need to keep your feet low and create good shin angles.... hope that you will become much faster❤
I didn’t think he has 44 low low in the 400 this season. I thought 44 high and would finish where he did in the trials for Paris. Kid is an absolute monster it’s never been done before and wow this is nuts
@@TRACKHEADZTV nah. Idk why these guys are saying kishane is a 9.6 athlete. He’s not gonna jump half a tenth to win. He’s not Usain bolt. It is not easy running below 9.7 just as it is trying to run 9.7 now
@@koldsideofficial we have to consider the surface of the track in Paris as well. They want a fast race. Between spikes and surfaces I think 9.6 is possible. We have multiple 9.7-9.8 athletes competing. Anything is possible.
@@TRACKHEADZTV That's assuming Kishane can bring it under pressure. He hasn't been tested yet. No man has gone sub 9.7 for 12 years since Blake. I believe the winning time will be 9.72 to 9.79 we shall see.
Bro, watch kishane vs tebogo and watch Noah vs tebogo. He barely passed Tebogo and he was running all out. So in other words if Kishane was in that race, he would have been infront of tebogo and with the top speed that kishane potentially has, noah ain't catching nothing but dust. Again, noah was behind Tebogo for the majority of the race and Kishane was infront for majority and he wasn't even going all out. This is easy to watch and see. I know you are rooting for your American brother, but let truth reign. Please just watch the races again without blinders. I dont see anybody touching noah in the 200m, but we really dont care about his times at this present time with regards to the 100m. He aint winning!
Interesting. Can’t be too sure though maybe Lyles could win. Also I dunno if you know this but kishane eased his 9.77 and also never went full throttle cuz of his lack of rest sooo this 100m is looking terrifying. If kishane starts throwing in good times through the rounds then it could be over
I agree, Noah had to work for that 9.81. But we also have to consider that maybe he was on heavy legs and still training thru the Olympics. Another aspect we don’t look at is where he was at compared to the South African who is a good accelerator. I think he has a 9.7 low in there. Kishane is certainly looking primed to run fast.
*OMG IM SOOOOOOOOO STOKED AND BEYOND HAPPY THAT THEY PICKED CHRISTIAN COLEMAN FOR THE X4/100m RELAY TEAM FOR PARIS, ITS SO WELL DESERVED!* YOU GOT THIS USA, BRING THAT GOLD HOME! 🇺🇸🥇🥇🥇🏆
Many unpredictable factors play into what happens in a race when all competitors are in a championship event. That makes predictions as to who will win very difficult. At the end of the day, it comes down to who executes when it counts. Having said that, Kishane's 9.77 looked so easy that it should have everyone else preparing to take their A-game to Paris. I'm super excited to watch that final. Good luck to all!
What's your updates, so 5 years ago you did the 10.6 and i think you said 21.8 with some 21.2 4x200 splits, did you have updated times? I also agree with someone in the 400 stuck at a time increasing their top end speed will help their race especially if it's not that good.
Looking at the anatomy of the fall, which I did, Athing suddenly began to cut inside, and this caused her to immediately get entangled with Raevyn Rogers' right leg. Why did Athing cut in? Maybe to try to head out to take the lead right at that point? That would be my best guess but I'm not sure. But with 20/20 hindsight I think we can say that Athing should have kept going straight in her acceleration *before* cutting in. She knew someone was right behind her so best to establish some distance from that person before making a sudden cut inside. I'm not blaming Athing, more trying to analyze how the fall happened and how it best could have been avoided. Your thoughts? I feel so bad for her. So easy to have a fall occur in such a tightly-packed group.
@@catherinegreen1152 I just watched it again to see if what you said is accurate. I was thinking maybe it was, but now I don’t think it is. The winner, Nia, was one persons affected as was the third place finisher, who also qualified. And another, Raven Rogers, she was left right next to Nia afterwards, so basically with the other runners, so I don’t think we can say it ruined her chances. Here’s a link to the race, go to about the 40 second mark and the fall happens about five seconds later. And then pause it right after the fall and you can see where everyone is as they continue racing after the fall. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ro4MJT0HsCs.htmlsi=Iv9qJnF17xB4EmxI let me know your thoughts, maybe I am missing something.
I think your assessment is spot on. I love this young lady. Watched her as a freshmen at Texas A&M. I believe that she is in the relay pool for the 4x400, and I hope she goes and does very well to claim a gold in the relay. Heartbroken for her though and pray for all the best. Remember Dan O'Brien in 1992 has a no height in the pole vault which kept him (as the favorite) from a potential gold in Barcelona, but he returned and won it in Atlanta 1996. Hopefully, Athing's story will be redeemed in 2028 in the 800m.
@@elliottgreene7025 thanks, Elliot. Very well said. I too was heartbroken for her. I really hope she is one of the 400 runners in the relay! Not sure if that is the case. I actually did not know that about Dan O’Brien though I do remember him. it’s a great redemption story and I hope it occurs also for Athing.
