I had an Evo 8 for 10 years. After 10 years it was time to grow up and I got a sports car more appropriate for my age. I sold the Evo to a guy that was about 12-14 years younger than me. After 10 years old, 150k miles, sunroof didn't work, leather was showing some wear, I sold it to him for $18k. In this area, there are about 3 Evos. Supply & demand.
That doesn't always work. Jingling the keys in side the door of older Honda can open then, even if it is the wrong key. My buddy walked right up to my 90 accord, and opened it up with a completely different key. Could of drove off with it.
not saying that you live in the hood but thats what happens when you flash money in front of ppl who dont have any! you got the hood wide open on the block. you keep nice rims on it all the time. my dope wheels are in the garage or my room for special occasians like the beach or the track. did you even have an alarm? you need atleast a motion detector light and a driveway. just think would you put 4rand on the curb and walk away?
My integra was stolen last saturday, i saw them racing it on the freeway 2 days ago but they had taken off the side railing and repainted the back where i put specific stickers that were engraved into the metal. They left the cracks on the windshields (tinted) and the cracks in the headlights. Cops still never catch them :/ once an integra is stolen, its gone.
I feel your pain bro. I had my civic stolen out of my drive way. Found it stripped to the frame. Now with my 2000 GSR I keep it in garage with Viper alarm on at all times. Better safe than sorry!
I had three stolen from me shit sucks invest in an advanced security with a key that unplugs the wiring. List- 89 chevy 1500 vortech swap 14 sec 1/4, 89 323 gtx mazda wrapped around a tree they were all caught, Olds Aurora 4.0 flipped at 90 cops didnt find anyone
Yeah but remember ... even if they give you the money for the car you'll never get back the car that u loved so much and even if u try to make another one to look like the stolen one it will never be the same.
