The space between the front seat and the middle seat isn't enough for the seat to come backwards to clear the B post when spinning.

Scratch the comment about sliders, just watched another of your vids and can see you also fit them.

There's pros and cons for underslung. Most customers with this size van have the smaller capacity. It's plenty for this set up ans far easier to fill. For example if you need to get the van right up to a tap or hose that means moving or it might not even be possible. But it's always possible to take a water container to a sink for example. Also maintaining portable containers for cleaning etc is obviously easier. And cost is always to be taken into consideration. The RNR bed is 6foot :-)

Porta loo.. or if your on a site you don't need one. In 15 years building campervans, we've only done a handful of fixed toilets. You'll struggle to find a Transit custom or T6 van with a fixed loo. There are some but it's extremely rare.
