To make cheese:- Take Milk with Full cream. Lukewarm the milk Switch off the stove. Add vinegar in the milk and stir it for 5 seconds only. And leave it for 20 mins. ( DO NOT KEEP STIRING THE MILK IN THE WHOLE PROCESS.) Now take the cheese and strain the water off. Keep the cheese aside. Add salt and turmeric in the water and make it warm. Put the cheese in the Salty water and strain the water off 5 times AND KEEP THE GAS ON IN THE PROCESS WHILE STIRING CHEESE IN THE SALTY WATER. Remove the Cheese and put it in the Cold water immediately. KNEAD THE CHEESE FOR 3-5 MINS. Settle the cheese in the container. Cover the Cheese and rest it in the fridge for 4 Hrs. YOUR CHEESE IS READY TO USE🎉🎉🎉.
