lol I only got to take ballet for a year but it was my freshman year and I had 6 months off before school started I gained 40lbs!!!! And then I started doing ballet and my leg muscles grew faster than I was losing weight!! lol
And this is why I don’t want my daughter in dance or gymnastics. She can do it here and there for fun. But I don’t want people in those sports influencing how she sees or treats her body
I was wondering the same thing.. like it only shows on the regular videos. Not the shorts. I figured out you have to hit the 3 lil dots at top right of the video. Then click description. Hope that helps bc I was JUST as fkn confused 😂 nobody tells ya these things though lol
I originally requested your recipe for your recovery muffins. I am unable to find it. I hope you can. I was hoping to make these for my dancer. Thank you.
3000+ calories daily for 20h workout per week??? Should 1.57 people do that too? What if we gain weight? 😢 But on the other hand I work a lot and get injured a lot. Does injuries mostly about calorie intake problem or protein and fat amount also matters?? Ready! 🎉
I'm kind of struggling to realize if I'm eating enough or not, basically I'm quite skinny for someone who is doing lots of floorwork and acrobatics, as well as ballet, pilates etc..:/ I'm not sure if I should take some vitamins to enhance the appetite, or why it should be lower than my body needs it in the first place? I don't know if it's possible? Stress maybe?🤔 I'm 169cm, 49-50kg, I have my period but I tend to get more sick the past year since I lost some weight just accidentally, I was usually 52-53kg. But now it looks like a mission impossible to gain again any of that weight, although I don't limit myself, I just cannot eat as much as earlier..😢 I buy a cake and eat it for 3 days if it's very sweet, because I'm more used to something less sweet, and mostly crave less fatty foods as well..:/ I do enjoy it so it's fine, I'm just a bit worried if this weight is healthy, and do I actually have some issue with my appetite?:/
Try and focus on getting enough protein, carbs, and fats. Healthy fats are a good way to increase calories with low volume. Like olive oil, avocado, nut butters, etc. Just listen to your body. ❤
Thank you lately I haven’t been eating much and it turned into not wanting to eat anything and if I do I feel so guilty after. I’m trying to stop this before it turns unhealthy

This happened to me during my nutcracker performance. I had so many roles and I was so happy, but the stress got to the point that I fractured my ankle on stage…
