Nobody else will say it, I will. Sub space is too broken. He has not 1, but 2 status effects exclusive to him that he can very easily apply to any enemies that want to move. He is the only character in the game this focused on de buffs, which gives him an unreplaceable role in a composition. You all think hyper is good because of his damage? No, it’s because he is the only other phighter that can dish out status effects at half the speed of subspace. Do I think subspace needs nerfs? Yes, maybe 1 less trimine on the map would help with the insane amount of area denial, but the main thing that makes him so good is his unique role. If the next phighter was themed around applying unique status conditions to enemies, subspace would have some competition, and he would be very balanced. My idea is that the next melee phighter is steam punk, and he applies stacks of steam onto enemies, giving them kb they take from all moves. Idc, just boggio, please give us another debuff phighter that unlike subspace, specializes in close range.
i play vine pretty well, but she's not one of my best (i play biograft and boombox best, then shuriken, hyperlaser and rocket) i started playing her a few weeks ago because she sounded fun and her lack of mobility options could give me a good challenge i made sure to study her kit thoroughly before starting, and combined with my experience, i was sort of able to skip to stage 4 and am now hovering around 5 i haven't used her in any scrims yet, but i might start using her as an experimental pick
in defense of hotel elephant: even though I did like old version oof the map, there was much things in one small place on the screen thatit was hard focus on whats going on, the new version on the other hand doesn't havethis problem, and overall is more enjoyable to play more (also people actually vote this map unlike the old version that not many people liked), they preety much just scaled up the map while keeping the core features what imo makes it superior also one cramped map (roblox HQ) is already egnough, we don't need more also something like skate was straight up unplayable on the old version
i have a headcanon that medkit used to clip subspace’s gnarly, fungus infested toenails. And one day, a stray toenail clipping flew straight into med’s eye yowch.. and sub accidentally tore out his eye while pulling out the clipping or whatever. Subspace eventually made biogarft to do the dirty job for him……… he originally called him mr. clippers.
the only reason i WANT to main vine staff because i try to keep a tradition in picking who i main in every game thats 5v5 and its 1st must be a healer or a buffer 2nd it must be a character who contribute alot in the team 3rd it must look pretty/cool design or kit 4th must be fun to play 5th must feel very rewarding to master/play the character.

Ironically, when I joined my friend who fully introduced me to Phighting (I heard about it but never got to play it) the character that interested me was Biograft because of the fact he used the lightsaber sound effect for his gear. But when we played a few private rounds I found him hard to use. So, I picked up Vinestaff because well she looked interesting and pretty. From then on, I learned that she was pretty easy to play. This video felt so relatable in a way I could not describe! Its surreal. I am still learning as a Vinestaff as she is one of my mains (Hyperlaser, Scythe and Vinestaff are my 3 mains) even when I switch to other characters because I want to play someone else. Vinestaff is forever in my heart ❤ Thanks for making this video and for OhGollyMolly to notify me about this early when his Ban Hammer video released :D
I main vinestaff, honestly this is somewhat relatable... but i dont participate is scims because i am scared to mess up. And i also play slightly more offensively. I mainly use E to give my teammates a change to attack or to demolish them with my M1
