U look way more calm and composed in this one and ur performance shows it! Sweet stepping knee keep the work up Edit:Ur knees are awsome bro full force those gonna put someone down keep up ur clech game for sure
Thank you bro! I’ve always been the spazzy and fast type of athlete because of nerves. But I’ve been trying to work on calming down and just flowing more. Glad it’s starting to show. Thanks for the kind words 🤙🏼
@@Mikeignasty hell ya bro I’m doing the pkb in sac this weekend so I been kinda seeing watching vids seeing wassup with the pkbs,if u don’t mind me asking how long have u trained and how much do u weigh??
@@TakeOffV05 that’s dope bro. You’re gonna get addicted. Have you competed before? For same day weigh-in I’m 148. If it’s the day before, I go 140-142.5lbs. For now. The plan if for 135 by June. How about you?
@@Mikeignasty no I’ve never competed before I’ve been sparring a lot and I’m like 145 right now but u look way more cutt than me rn for sure I’ll probobly post my fight after this weekend, also did you win that one it looks like you ran outta wind in that final round a little
@@TakeOffV05 oh ok, if you walk around at 145 then you can probably cut down to at least 140. Yeh I lost this fight. I did gas out and got sloppy. Didn’t really train for this one. Haha post your fight bro. It’s cool having a little Muay Thai community that encourages each other
Thanks man! This being my first one, I was sparring once a week with my gym. Did a lot more of pad work, conditioning, road work and drills. Now I spar hard once a week and twice light-moderate. A lot of shadow boxing now too
Hey thank you bro! You’re going to do well if you stay calm. Once you’re in, don’t blow your load in the first round like I did. Score high with kicks and combos. Don’t back down. Channel your swag and show case your skills 💪🏼
