Can you please tell me how to get the actual drawers out of the freezer compartment(model RF201A). The repair person came to fix ice maker but when I opened the drawer later in the day the actual door panel has fallen off the track and now I can't close the freezer at all. I need to find a way to remove the compartments or release the entire bottom so we can get at the slides.

Во время проведения дополнительного слива из сливной пробки, ставим поддон снизу, но вода сливается где-то снизу и мало поступает в поддон. Короче сливаю остатки и пол весь в воде. Закручиваю на место пробку все нормально. Как понять? Спасибо. Александр.

What is the working temperature of the thermal fuse? The one I removed has "PW-3V 130N" printed on it, but I'm not sure if the "N130" is the temperature.
