@Specter502 absolutely. Everyone wants to forget him because he wasn't a part of the "inners" and was always just his own self but I saw him multiple times defuse situations. He was a good man. A dumb ass but a good man. I wish I knew what truly happened to him aside from sliding off a cliff after being shot up to try and survive. Horrible way to go, that.
I don't understand why they had to be in that area when all these soldiers commented how they were going to die and that they were going to be surrounded and bombarded with rpgs etc and yet they seemed to feel they had no choice so they were going to do what they could to survive a unwinnable death box. Wicked people knowingly ordered the chosen few to go to an unsafe,unprotected area to meet a horrible death and wounded soldiers with out any chance of victory or success. It was cold,cruel and criminal. Whoever made the decision and orders should be investigated. This should have never happened. These soldiers could have lived! 😢😢😢 What was gained in Afghanistan by the death of so many soldiers and in Irag?

I was in nuristan and kunar as well ....surtounded by mountains and a river that went north to south for a while....barge matal,korengal sometimes we would be in a OP up in mountains but the cops or firebases always in the dang valley it suckeddddd

This was a lost call, and really, we had no damn business in this war, but the brave soldiers were honorable and did exactly what they were asked to do. Then Biden - Harris is so stupid they had 13 soldiers KIA during a fucked up extraction at the airport with many other severely injured. Pray for all of them and their families.
This is just my point of view, these men these young men left their homes and their families and flew half way around the world because of the conflict our wonderful politicians got us into in Iraq and Afghanistan? it's these type of videos that make you storming mad as hell when you think about people like Kamala Harris or Tim tampon Tim or Obama or just any of the damn negative Democrats and if it's some negative Republicans so be it throw them in there with them. But what is heartbreaking these young men gave their lives up for the United States and the government just s**** on them. Most of them had to fight for medical treatment when they got home most of them had huge huge huge both psychological and a lot of physical injuries to overcome and hell no these people didn't get paid enough how can you put a price on the loss their families suffered. These are some of the bravest of the bravest. Thank them and God bless their families for the price they paid for freedom in this country . If you see a veteran walk up and shake their hand and find them, it makes their day you don't even have a clue.
It’s a double edged sword. They voluntarily joined to fight, they don’t think about losing. It’s not a movie or game. I’m grateful I skipped the conventional infantry, I read enough Vietnam books and learned how the conventional guys are used. It sucks, but it’s war and it’s what we asked for.
Taliban are just poor people who joined a gang to prosper in the name of Allah, most of them were not even from Afghanistan. If Taliban would have stayed surrendered then Afghanistan would be more like South Korea by now instead of enslaved to Taliban and China or migrated to live in the West and realize how dumb it is to live in Stone Ages of Sharia Law.
I might not be your most consistent of subscribers but I always enjoyed popping in the stream occasionally and spending a little bit of time chilling with you guys and bringing some of my slightly off the wall British humour to the show. I’ll be ready when you are, I’m not fucking leaving.

I wanted to give a proper update on what's been going on in life and here on the channel, since there's been some big changes going down, and what things will be looking like/what to expect going forward. First and foremost, thank you for being here and I hope you're doing well, truly, wherever you are. If you're brand new, welcome to the channel and welcome to the 502! I appreciate you spending some of your time with us, and hope to see you around a stream or video sometime. For the subscribers, members, and new people coming in, this post will give you the most up to date idea of what’s been happening and what’s to come. I’m currently working on some of the most meaningful projects of my life that have been many years in the making, and as I'm evolving in life, it only makes sense for the channel to do the same. Those of you that have been around, I’m sure you’ve noticed some changes over the last few months, but I can assure you they are all for the better. I understand this is primarily a gaming channel, so I won't be sharing everything here and will do my best not to mix my other work with what we do here. We’ll definitely share it when applicable and helpful, but that's not the purpose of this channel, even if it is a byproduct. In short, I’m incredibly grateful for my life and experiences that have led me to understandings and perspectives that are able to help people in very real ways, and it’s been interesting to see how that’s benefitted people here in a much deeper way than simply gaming (and am very grateful for that). Also, I’m going to do my best not to make it sound like this is the end of anything, because it most definitely isn’t. This truly is the beginning, but I'm sure it will sound different at times, so I just wanted to note that. We started this channel simply as a way to share gaming clips with one of my best friends, and through the past 4+ years has evolved into so much more: - From the outstanding community that you've all created, turning into almost an extended family now all across the globe. - To the countless memories created together in streams and videos, of all kinds; winning together, losing together, learning together, sharing milestone moments of our lives together, good times and tough, growing in mind, body, spirit, and gaming all along the way. - To the support of our veterans both past and present, honoring them and their families, from WWII to Vietnam, to Iraq and Afghanistan; learning and actually embodying some of the core values that they and I hold so dear, raising over $1000 for veteran organizations like the C4 Foundation. I've dreamed since I was a kid to be able to give back to those communities even a sliver of what they've given me, and you've all made that come true in so many ways and continue to do so. It's exciting to know as well that this really is just the beginning of that too, and I'm looking forward to the ways we continue to honor them. And again, thank you for allowing this to be a space for that. - To the unimaginable support, kindness, and generosity shown not only to me and my family, but others in the community, and around the world as well, spending your time and resources with us here is something I will never take for granted and please know that you all have my eternal gratitude. - I couldn't be more proud of what this channel and community has become and is today, and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for all of us as we move into the next chapter of the 502, channel, and life. Our schedule is going to be all over the place, sometimes 1 stream in a week, sometimes 2 or 3, and sometimes none, to be completely honest. This season of my life is just calling for less gaming, which makes sense considering how much we've done it over the past 4 years, and I can’t deny is partly influenced by the state of gaming as a whole right now, but that is more of an interesting coincidence. We'll always game and always love gaming, so again, this is not the end of anything, but simply a necessary transition. I love this community and love spending time with you all, and for some of you, I know how much it means to you to have this place to spend your time, so I do apologize for the changes in certain ways and appreciate your understanding as things start to look different. We’ll still be around, and when a game comes around that we truly enjoy and want to share that, you’ll see that here, for sure. It started to gain traction in June, and apparently RU-vid decided that it was too close to “reused content” for their liking, so they cut monetization off on July 2 with no prior warning. Unfortunately RU-vid pulled another quick one on me by saying originally that I could reapply for monetization after 30 days, only to have that switched to 90 days once the 30th was hit. So now, we aren’t able to reapply for the RU-vid Partner Program until September 30th (I know, insane). Those of you that have already hit your two years of membership will still be getting your member pack in the mail if you haven't already, and am going to do my best to have that reinstated as quick as possible. For those looking to support in the meantime, PayPal will be the place to do so, and I sincerely appreciate those that have supported since that occurred and all those looking to in the future, though it is definitely not expected. 30 year veteran here medical puke I was in Logar province in 2009-2010 with the 173rd. Great soldiers I just hate the fact that so many died and were wounded for nothing. Freedom isn't free and we cannot conceive of peoples who would rather have a boot on their neck than democracy and freedom.
