I have solved my life problems listening to this podcast. "OMG I'm in the zone" is a perfect temperate description of the epiphanies on offer here. My advice: listen twice like I did.
Re: board games: I'm wondering if Sorry might be the gayest board games? in how it can bring together confident and unconfident gays in a mutual performance of passive aggression disguised as performative apology (community building). That said, the only way for unconfident gays to become more confident is not to play Sorry, but instead to play Monopoly/Catan, or, to Sam's point, invite someone over to watch you play the PC version of Monopoly before circling back to Sorry. But also, Scattergories. :/

Sam and Y'all basically called what's been going on in the WNBA this season. All the new fans and only there for Caitlin fans having been losing their minds because even the slightest roughing of her is commenting on sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much history. They can't handle it.
Good Lord, Kathy, nobody really cared about Cher's boy toys.... Cher's man was right next to her onstage. Everybody loves Sonny and Cher more than anything. We all know he was the big love of her life, it's the longest relationship she ever had.
I’ve only discovered and now listened to the pod for like 2 weeks now, I’ve been plowing through the backlog and this is my first new episode! ❤️ George being terrified of a tacky wedding is the most George thing I could think of, being too self aware is a curse I suffer from too George! Lean into the tacky! Just do the flash mob dance number, the lady Gaga song down the aisle, provide a glory hole in the bathroom it’ll be fine! Also season 5 is when the stars of the show start getting work done so I’m taking bets as to who will be the first, my guess is Sam, I think he’s gonna get a third nipple
Revisiting some favs during the August hiatus. I gotta say Sam neglecting George for a new straight guy bestie would absolutely be an episode of the Straightiolab sitcom.
