That’s the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge designed by Santiago Calatrava. I’ve also been to the bridge, however it only takes about 10 seconds too drive across it+it was completed on March 29, 2012
I love this song, we seen Geoff's band in Atlanta. It was so special and so intimate, i stood right under Geoff the whole time, he is a very special singer everybody should hear his solo album, very different and VERY tasty, i would love to see more of this show, i have checked for 2 years and this is the only one I've seen, Got any more?
@LordoftheKaty The job was contracted out to the team that always does his projects. Again, this has been in the works for years and was in motion before the recession. No one complained until News 8 said something. That was pure instigation. They could have said something when the public bid was PUBLIC years ago.
@LordoftheKaty The river isn't puny. Its only puny near downtown because its been engineered that way. But the reason they want cable stayed and suspension bridges is because they will be creating 2 lakes that go under these bridges. And you're talking about current economic conditions. This bridge was funded 4 years ago. I know some just care about only their own home, but this is one phase of a large project for the city. Its already doing part of its job, and that's to create dialogue
Styper? Good one dude. I cant even recall one song, regardless of how pretty they are. This is life and life is good. As shown above... Good job by Nikki. Deep Sixx!
I've never had the privilege of seeing them in person. To see footage of them throughout their years of performing is priceless. Nearing 50 mayself, I hope it's not to late to see them perform. Any idea if they are planning any mid-west tours? Indy? Thanks for the footage!!
Excellent. Start young, do all the drugs, drink all the drink, shag everythng that moves, rock til you drop etc etc. Then when you hit 40, pack it all in, sort yourself out, and live (hopefully) a long and productive life doing creative and helpful things. Go Nikki...
Good for Nikki. Too bad he didn't go the Stryper route in the 80's, he wouldn't have beat on his body like he did; Mike Sweet looks ten years younger than Sixx. But props to Sixx for growing up and getting clean!
I think sometimes I'm more a fan of the people in the bands than the bands themselves. And I am a huge fan of Nikki Sixx. The only thing I can think of as I watch this is what a great guy he is, and how glad I am that there are people like him in this world to be an example of how to live to a higher standard than what we're used to. God Bless you, Nikki.
