I don't mind at all! I've been using Capcut on my Mac to edit my videos (it's free to use!) I'm still kind of new to it myself, but other than cropping the videos I only adjust the brightness on each clip. Sometimes I'll use their effect as well. For text on the video, I used "Imbue-medium" for the big titles and "aurora" for the subtitles. For the non-copyrighted music, I download them from Artlist and import them to Capcut. I think that's it for editing but I'd say the filming angle is most important as well! Hope that helps, feel free to ask anything else I may have missed 🙂

Heyyy! I wish you all the best during your journey, but I have one thing to say. When you start counting you calories or macros, you'd better start with journaling your food and weighing daily. These data help understand how many calories you need to maintain your weight. Then you can cut out about 10-15% of your daily intake. This needs to be done because of 'metabolic adaptation'. It is a so-called plato when you stop losing weight. The bigger calories you start with, the more time and flexibility you have to cut them before you hit plato. Wish you all the best ❤ Keep going!
