Dear Omar, this machine is driven by my own controller (adapted controller for heat pump) and with software which is not developed exactly for cnc machine (I wrote the software for this controller). Do You have experience in electronics and programming?

Very nice machine. Clean and professional look. I'm currently designing and building a machine for the purpose of manufacturing hydraulic lines. What is maximum bending moment of your machine? Also, during the bending is the material feed carriage under power or is the drive in "neutral" and being pulled by the bending process?
Hi, thank you very much for your kind comment :) We didn't measure or project the bending moment for this machine as copper tubes are generally "soft" and the machine is most certainly oversized, concerning our needs. The material feed carriage is in neutral as it is being pulled by the bending mechanism.
Thank you dear Krišjanis. Bending, clamp die and pressure die are driven by hydraulic. Rest, (linear movement mechanism, rotating mechanism..) are driving by servo and step motors.
This is great. Could you tell something about that? I'm working in a small metal workshop and we have the Bender but there is only option to change bend degree. I'M thinking about changing it into CNC bender

Thank You very much (muchas gracias) dear Luan. We have own controller which is developed for our heat pumps, so I adapted it. Controller is based on STM32F107 processor.
