I've done my share of Bank Repo houses here in So Cal. You are right, a green pool is a big minus. Once the pool is cleaned up the house usually sells within a couple of weeks. I can turn one in about a week too.
Loy, if your company were in Baltimore MD I would use your services. I have a lot of cloudiness in my pool that I don't seem to get rid of. I can't get my water to clear up. I had water tested at a pool place and they said that all the levels were right on. In ground pool - 32000 gallons - using a sand filter and RJ-45 CircuPool Chlorinator.
