There is no posible way your final product is within 0.0001" across a door at minimum 90 inches corner to corner. I bet money your material thickness isn't tighter than 0.002" and lasers cant cut that acuratly either. I dont think this guy understands how perfect 0.0001" is 😂. Giving you the benifet of the dout my guess is you are looking at a flatness of 0.010" across a 80" door wich if your keeping track is 100 times less acurate than your clam of 0.0001". To hold that kind of percision you would need it many times more thick 1.5" minimum thickness, in a climate controlled room and with a special grinding process. And it would be crazy expensive. If you are getting these kind of tolerances I'd be interested to see your gynormous granite surface plate.
