Outstanding video. No lights on the dash, but the hazards worked. A loose wire in the hazard wire harness was my issue. Although it didn’t appear loose, and when I pressed them in firmly they didn’t appear to move or anything either, my blinkers started working again afterwards. I appreciate you taking the time to make this video.

I am also curious. Currently gathering parts for my frankenstein LQ9 6.0 with Ford Cobra T56. Found the bell housing, pilot bearing, have a clutch. Just trying to confirm which flywheel I need (.4" + or not) and pressure plate. Scouring the internet to find the ONE person who has done this same swap already, haha.
Bro, I’ve legit been trying to fix my signal lights for YEARS. I’ve replaced the multifunction switch, the blinker relay, the entire headlight wiring harness, ran new ground wires. Never did I think to check the hazard light switch. I pulled it out and noticed that a few of the wires were loose and the tabs are broken where the pins connect to the harness plug. I pushed them in, and that did the trick. This video steered me in the right direction! I appreciate it a ton my friend!
When I used to drive a pickup truck, I wanted to make a folding fake gun assembly that would look like a gun turret you see on some armored vehicles. I wanted to be able to push a button for the fake gun turret to rise up from the truck bed, have a light with a red filter and a camera on it and have it aim at the tailgating driver. I'm sure I'd be pulled over by cops for inciting panic, but I might get off with a warning if the cop thinks it is funny. Maybe install LEDs around the end of the fake barrel to look like flash suppressors on a machine gun with red/yellow/orange lights to make it look like the "weapon" is firing. Then have an illuminated sign light up saying "If this were real, you'd be toast."
Lot of people in this chat are looking to get mag dumped. Every driver at some point will tailgate, cut someone off, fail to dim lights, drive to slow, drive like an idiot because you’re looking for an address or exit and you wouldn’t want someone starting shit with you so why start shit with someone else.
A lot of people on US highways are typical rude ignorant Americans. If they would allow some space for the inevitable mistakes of others and especially their own mistakes they might live a bit less stressful life, but then that would require intelligence and manners, so…oh well.
If the car behind him tailgating gets in a wreck this person will go to jail if the tailgater dies he will be charged for manslaughter or worse do not do this to someone he is an idiot no different then brake checking which is also illegal
I have the ultimate anti-tailgater system: Fuckin' IGNORE THEM. Unless it seems they are making a conscious effort either to wreck me, or follow me home or somewhere, I just IGNORE them. Otherwise, I dial 911 on my phone, and at the same time change course to head to the nearest local or state police facility.
I can easily see that getting you into a lot of trouble real fast. Simply slow down to a point where the tailgater decides to pass and go one from there!
Must be a bad driver if he needs this. You can tell he is jerk by the way he keeps the ball mount in the receiver tube when not towing, hoping to cause more damage to what might otherwise be a small bump.
Maybe try to move over to the right lane and stop driving slow on the fast lane? Then you won’t be getting any tailgaters. Just a common sense thought. 🤷🏻🤦🏻♂️
