Our Channel is about (mainly) Helen and Andy and living life as British expats on the Southern Costa Blanca in Spain. We live in Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain and near to Balsicas, Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain. We try to highlight all the great things both the local area and Spain as a whole has to offer travellers and those wanting to make a permanent base here. We also take family, friends, subscribers and viewers with us on our journey of exploration- both within Spain and on our travels around the world. (Remember, though, it´s all about the food, right?)
We also feature Bob (Hi Bob!), Maddie, Chesca, and often Maddison (plus others) in our videos.

I naively thought that I knew Torrevieja and its surroundings until watching your videos I realized that I did not get to know it as deeply as you did, thank you for returning me to my reality, good job, congratulations

Ha ha ha. From an 8 night holiday we managed nearly 20 videos... so we hadn't been away that much, j8st managed to break the footage up into individual videos. Thanks for watching 👍

Shopped at Mercadona for the first time today. I was amazed that it’s cheaper than Carrefour and the sizes are bigger. Really delicious and high quality

@@AlFakherFan we usually go out as a rule once per week. (Typically a Friday)- There's been a few videos from restaurants of late from our holiday (Nerja Ronda, Mojacar, etc.) where we went out every day as there were no personal cooking facilities in the hotel. Thanks for watching.
@richardnoble5223 they're closed Sunday and Monday I think- recommend you book on their website. It's on the road that leads over the river do a search for triple brew on google maps- should show you how yo get there... thanks for watching 👍

Helens pasta dish looked amazing! Hopefully Bob gets his watch back. Our son in law had his stolen in Milan last week, similar situation but in the town centre. #scumbags
