Hi! At 2:25, I think I saw that your under-basin pipes are half chrome and half pvc! Can I ask how that was possible? I was hoping to do half-half as well but the other way round (pvc for the top compartment, and chrome for the straight pipes down, so that I see only the chrome pipes after installing the cabinet) but our contractor tells me it is not possible - so seeking your advice! Thank you in advance!

Thanks for sharing your experience and tips! It helps me a lot as I'm in the midst of my reno right now :) Btw, my tiler made a tile floor trap for me and being sua ku myself, I thought it was a temporary floor trap before changing back to the obiong metal or white floor traps later on xD Now I know!
If this is your first home, refrain from spending too much on renovation. The reality is that you need to stay in the house for 5 to 7 years before you truly realise what you really need. As you achieve progression in your career and income, it is likely you will revamp your house every 10 to 15 years or even upgrade to a bigger one.
Great video. How is your experience of Granite composite sink so far vs stainless steel? Does it require extra care? I have never used a Granite composite sink and planning to get one as the one in your video looks extremely nice.
