Hey everyone, it's Joe here. If y'all haven't seen my videos already, I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Having MS is one of the reasons why I go by Ciegito Joe. Ciegito in Spanish means, blind one. I may not be fully blind, but my sight is visually impaired. Oh and I do know the proper way of spelling Ciegito is with a U, but guess what. The U is silent. Anyways, I hope everyone enjoys the content I provide. It varies from Vlogs to some Game Plays. This is how I spend my time living with MS. Stay Positive

This happened to me I messed it up too in I do my shots a for I go to bed it with to let to take out another and wait a hour for it to be room temperature and that was my Wednesday shot smh but I'm getting of it now
Some of those group's don't want to see the "real" side of MS. To not scare other's or whatever. The only one I comment or post in on facebook is... We're F**king MS Warriors... No high school drama shizz. Check it out if you haven't already.
I use a cane mostly, but I also have a four wheel walker that I use occasionally. I agree about how uneven the cane is, it causes pain in neck, shoulders and hip's. I've been wanting to try those crutches you have, but think that it would cause pain in neck and shoulders like the cane does from putting pressure. Thanks for sharing!
AyeeChemita it's dope! I think I might buy another one to pair it with. The bass on this is 👌. Only thing I dislike about it is... How long it takes to charge.
I think it's cool to talk to random people. Especially if you find something to laugh at together 😄that's how I get my conversations started with random strangers. I blame this on my long "customer service experience" history lol. The last game I would suck at playing those kinds of games. I'm not good with the camera views.
Jorge C 😁 right! I just talk to much my friend. We should hangout one day. We can set something up. Yeah it was hard getting started with recording, but once you get a hang of it it's easy. I'm glad your medicine is working out for you too man. It only gets easier. Stay positive
Mainly when my balance is really off and I trip with anything that's on the floor. I don't like it when it happens at work or when I fall on the sidewalk lol >.<
Hi Joe. I also got diagnosed in June 2016 with Relapsing Remitting MS and as you said, I'm not tripping either. My vision is also bad and gets worse with stress. So I'm eating, living and processing things differently. Getting rid of stress and enjoying everyday to the max. Blessings to you my brother.

I began to deal with the looks by designing and wearing shirts. A few examples: Don't be flattered that I fell for you. Thanks to MS I fall for everyone. Life is a trip with MS and of course the I don't look sick, you don't look Stoopid. Looks can be deceiving!
A great Dr once explained to me exactly what anxiety is. Anxiety is living in the future or the past. The world of What If or Remember That Time. To stop anxiety you must ground your self in the present. Look at items near you, focus on the color, shape, texture... letting go of the other thoughts till your body settles down and begins to relax. You can not control the future nor change the past so work hard to stop living your life there!!
