Haven't had time to join in any of the challenges dye to other projects. But I really look forward getting back into crafting some buildings and ruins. Thanks also for sharing those other builds at the end. Cool to see the inspiration flowing.
No prob & thanks!. You could join the Discord, it's free and you can craft at your own pace. I also announce community builds over there ahead of videos if you want to get a head start too 👍
That is a great video and build. Again well done. We all seems to say the same things. There should be a rockstar button on RU-vid. Thank you for doing what you are doing.
What a fantastic build! How are you achieving your scalloped edges for your cork roofing tiles? I would definitely be interested in trying to make some of these for my table.
I use scalloped scissors! Used for tailoring. I mention it in other videos, so I brushed over it here, sorry about that. But I recommend it, it's so freaking fast!
@@frankling.robertsiii6811 I grabbed mine off Amazon for pretty cheap. The tailoring scissors are but more structurally sound than most of the plastic pattern scissors.
@@summonlessermaker im still only seeing one page on the pdf template. Is there a roof template anywhere? The shape of that roof is really important for the look imo. If not cool. Thanks man!
Typically I don't use a template for the roof. Like in the newest video, you can see I trace the shape I want directly on the cardboard then cut it out. Sorry for the confusion I appreciate your patience 👍
Is your arm tattoo a family coat of arms? My grandfather's side of the family had one similar with the clovers and two head on antlers in the center (with a shield around it).
I love the tips you gave throughout the video, especially the animal heads as statues. You could make some sort of cosmic horror creature with all those extra animal bodies!
The wallpaper was a great addition for some extra "pop"! I've seen other builders use tarot cards as wallpaper but I like the simpler patterns better. I am currently about 1/4 of the way done a Mordheim board that was mainly inspired by one of your previous videos (I incorporated an aqua duct system for elevated platforms) but I stalled out on one of the buildings because I didn't like how the interior walls looked. I will try wallpaper patterns. Thanks for the inspiration. This was one of your best videos thus far. Fast, easy, great tips... makes trying the build feel very inviting and approachable.
Oh really!? That's a really cool idea I'll have to check that out! Those wallpaper files are free on the Patreon link, no subscription needed hopefully they help you out 👍
Hey Lesser Maker, thank you so much for your content. You do a lot to help the mordheim and adjacent communities by making all these builds available for free and accessible. Would you ever consider selling the 3d printed bits? Not the templates but the bits themselves. It would be a good way for us to help support you and your work. 😊
I actually just reached out to a company to help me out with that. I'm in the negative with all these videos so I don't have money to invest in producing these for people. But I would absolutely love to do that in the future. Stay tuned though, hopefully that changes soon. It's good to know people are looking for this. 👍
