If you have 4 concealed triplets and are just waiting to form a pair? Then yes even if you ron that's still suuankou. In fact on mahjong soul and some other rule sets it's actually the double yakuman suuankou tanki
If you wait for the pair you have a tanki wait. Since you already have the 4 triplets concealed in your hand you can even ron the tile needed for the pair. Since this kind of wait is exceptionally rare for even this hand, you get a doubly yakuman.
In this case it's only Yakuman if won by tsumo since it wouldn't be 4 concealed triplets if someone deals it. If someone deals in with South then the Riichi would bump it up to Sanbaiman. And if you Riichi, people might fold or play around it which gives you extra time to draw it yourself.
