It's Ragtime music by Scott Joplin, composer back during the Ragtime era about 1910 or so. If I'm not mistaken, that tune is his "Pineapple Rag." If you've ever seen the movie "The Sting" you'll have heard more Scott Joplin music throughout the movie.
Don't use splashless bleach (regardless of the brand). There are other chemical additives not intended for use in sanitizing containers used for drinking water. The splashless should only be used for laundry. Use "regular" household bleach or Clorox Regular Bleach.
To prevent leaching of contaminants (and even Radon) into the plastic and into the water. Plastic directly in contact with the ground or floor has this issue.
