Only you whilst in a match-made game. CS’s spectating mode though, will play ALL gun switch noises. You’ll either hear all T switches or all CT switches depending on who you’re spectating.
To directly answer your question: No. Somebody nearby cannot hear you switch weapons. The only time you will hear switches that aren’t yours is if you’re in CSTV rewatching a vod. And like I said, ONLY when spectating vods or live matches, you will hear whichever team you are spectating switch guns.

Bruh ngl this tournament is suspicious af. Not one, or two, BUT 4 russian teams in a single tournament which is sponsored by a russian betting website (I think atleast, the team is Russian). Whats happening here? why no top teams invited in a tournament which has a bigger prize pool than esl pro league?
