tip. DO NOT lift your shoulders when you breath in!! This creates tension where it shouldn't in places like the shoulders and neck muscles. It will block airways preventing you from achieving maximum airflow.

Sure, man, I've got some of those. For instance, good equipment can really improve your performance. Here's my usual routine: 1)Warm-up 2)Vizutti's Book 1 Long Notes (just one exercise) 3)Flexibility (I prefer Charles Colin, but sometimes I'll switch it up with Arban or Vizutti's Book 1) 4)Clarke Studies (Exercise 1 and 2 are my go-to for working on high notes; I start low and aim to hit the highest notes possible) 5)Intervals (Arban) 6)Scales in double octaves (major/minor) with various articulations 7)Cool down I typically take about 10-15 minutes of rest between each session.
