Also with the rise of xylazine and medetiome aka tranq that person may not wake up after 4 or 5 doses of narcan. Narc only works on opiates not tranq that is commonly found in the dope supply on the East coast. Just always call 911 if the person is unresponsive they'll be there before things might get hectic. Also if they Wana get up and walk away let them. Don't force someone to stay on the ground or wait till the EMS or cops show up.
