Isnt it unethical for the province to change rules suddenly. They should announce such changes priorly and implement next year. Canadians want the 20 billion dollars that international students pump in to their economy but dont want them to stay there and build a life for themselves. Such a racist piece of shit country. The government is exploiting millions of students. They dont care how recruiters are scamming the students, to them international students are cash cows thats it. An action should be taken against that corrupt system
Noone cares about you guys complaining. You weren't guaranteed a citizenship, you came to study. Stop being entitled, if you had skills we needed you would be staying
They are more than welcome to come back to India and work here or protest even. I am sure you are not studying degrees about call centers or sales, so why worry? I am sure when you applied for the student visa, you did say, I will study and go back to India after my studes. So why worry?
PEI and Canada must hold firm. These students simply want to freeload on the freedoms that Canadians have built over hundreds of years. Today, D-Day shows the sacrifice Canadians made so we could build Canada into the prosperous and free country we have today. These people have done nothing to build Canada and do not have any rights to make these demands. STOP THE FREE_LOADING!
Lets be clear about this, not a single one of these students who are protesting will remain in PEI and benefit the province like they claim Everyone will leave for Ontario and BC the minute they get their PR If you were smart enough, you would have chosen a degree that helps your career rather than getting a PR PEI should do whats best for the province
Their frustration is NOT valid. You need to get all the facts before making a video that is biased. Firstly, they did not reduce the numbers of people they were inviting to apply by 25%. In 2023 they increased the amount of people who got invites by 25%. Now they plan to reduce that number back to the regular number that they took to the number in 2022 and every year prior. They helped 25% more last year and now they are DEMANDING it. Secondly, they all hoped over here over here from other provinces to take advantage of a gray area in the PR rules in PEI. Thirdly, this program is intended for people who have education and SKILLS. Getting coffee or fast food for someone is not a skill. Fourthly, PR was NEVER promised. Upon entering Canada you have to sign paperwork stating that you are aware of this. They have also refused to assimilate at all. They are rude and our crime has gone way up. If you try to talk to any of them about the other side of this they yell at you that you are a racist and block you on every platform. It's not racist to hate the people who are coming in and destroying your province. My husband is and immigrant, as are many of my best friends. My Indian friends are angered by all of this BS because it's making all Indians look bad. You can't come into Canada and demand what you want. That's not how this works. They need to go home. Temporary is temporary, nothing was guaranteed. Our people are sick of them and this is only going to end up in Islanders striking to deport them. If they came here for education, why in the Hell are they working in the food service industry anyways? Also, most of them haven't even been here two years. A lot of them got here like six months ago. They warned them they were going to adjust things a little over 10 months ago so that it was harder for people to take advantage of the system. This is the problem, because you are Indian you assume that they are right and telling the truth. Come to the province for a visit and see the shitshow they have caused for yourself. This is a major issue.... The Commies need to give us the black and white evidence that collecting our taxes is actually reducing pollution and bringing down the temperature. @ballanballan sounds good. I'll take responsibility the same way Justin trudeau does in his 2 massive jumbo jets flying around the world on taxpayers dime. While I drive to work in my nissan. Hopefully, in the next few years, when the carbon tax goes up another 23%, we can stop fires and tornadoes.
