I just like the subtle ques in this scene. Beckett is all proud, Davy Jones is all satisfied, Barbossa is outraged. Meanwhile, from the moment the scene started, Will and Jack are on the same page, having both masterfully planned and manipulated everything to this point, where they just need to give Elizabeth the pieces of the puzzle, let her figure it out over the conversation and do what they need her to do, because only she can do it, hence why Jack tipped the Pirate King vote in her favor. Jack gets traded for Will, but Jack has to play it off like he doesn't want it, hence the "Undone", putting Jack in the right spot to stab the heart, become immortal like he wanted, and free Will's Father, and allow Will and Elizabeth to be together, and Barbossa gets to free Calypso because he'd have to draw and take the Piece of Eight from him before it falls into Beckett's greedy hands. Of course, it doesn't work out like they planned but still... such a perfectly written and acted scene!
Well Jack been eating alive by the kraken I think he knows his fare share of death. If I was Jack after hearing Davy jones say “do you fear death? “Remember you released the kraken it ate me alive so I killed it from the inside out
It's possible Davy Jones doesn't DIE from contact with land, he just teleports right back to the ship. More like a barrier he can't cross than instant death.
It was stupid that Clair was driving in her car to call the control room to track it instead of her being with Owen to call the control room. She caused it, that's why Owen was disappointed and not happy.
