I’m a 13 year old coxswain. It’s always been my dream and it’s finally come true so all I have to say is keep fucking going no matter what they say. Prove them wrong. And rowers, remember, ERGS DONT FLOAT!!
Separating out the specific parts and tools for each of the seven step assembly process steps was brilliant on the part of the manufacturer. For the price, I am impressed at how sturdy this ru-vid.comUgkxvObaTzoHoHQLL4lHbJQmExHqsrZQm-f7 unit is and it does go together easily. Well, I was puzzled at first at Step 5 and maybe the instructions should mention that rail #62 needs to be tilted upwards a little to get the rail to fit into the main part #44. I like it that the rower can be stored vertically in a really small amount of space, but be forewarned that this rower is top heavy and for safety you'll need at least two bungee cords to keep the unit upright, attaching them to something; in my case to a third garage door. I have had this unit only a short time, and I will post an update once I've had it for a year. As for working your legs, I have to admit that I'm mainly rowing for upper body strength and I use other forms of exercise for leg strength (like walking fast, biking, or using a trampoline. But if you pull as far forward as possible, then you can give preference to your legs for the first 4 feet or so of travel. I also admit to not taking the two electronic connectors apart at Step 7. I simply inserted the two batteries while the other parts remained connected. By the way, there is plenty of resistance here, even in the lowest resistance settings. Kudos to Sunny Health & Fitness !
I started rowing in 1981 and quit 1992. Training every single day. Today I don´t know how I managed to do that. Rowing is fascinating but it is also pain.
This comment section is amazing. I took rowing this past semester for a health credit for college, and my coach was so motivating, I considered dropping my major to go "pro."
I was a rower back in the 1970s. I rowed with Adam Clift but my main period was with my school and university. Sadly my coach had no idea how to row effectively and had us rating at 48. The brakes were put on as much as the blades propelled us. We were very fit and strong, if only we could have rowed we would have gone like the wind. It is always food for thought watching these clips, as it shows what could have been if we had had a coach who knew what he was about.
Wow. Rowing is my life and what I live for. I've sacrificed a lot for rowing, but Rowing has given also such precious things. I have worked hard and given my everything to get to the point where I am now at my Sport, but I'm willing to give the double, the triple or what ever it takes to maintain or better set even get better. It might Hurd, but there's no better feeling to Rowe an explendidate race and win it. There is no better feeling than to notice your development and the burn and ace of your mussels after winning a race. And it's also great to be able to compete with big names. Rowing isn't just a sport or a hobby. Rowing is life Rowing nothing else❤️ Greta video😉👌
