beacuse you can't rig without that addon you have to use that addon

@@vfxsan3d what but to do rigging in characters u can make your own custom rigs if I'm not wrong.

@@_mee_editzz yes you can do custom rig but if you have to use car physics and bake car steering and wheel rotation you have to use that addon....
