Amongst the sadest RC model videos I have ever seen. Whoever did this positively has more money than brain. I have met the real giants of our hobby, like Ali Machincy, Joe Bridy and others. None would consider this wanton waste, justified. Sad to see an extremely talented young boy behave like this.
The airplane had just been a wreck and had been repaired several times before. The planes owner would put Ali and 99% of any others to shame. The kid was and still is the world's best aerobatic and precision flyer, Jase Dussia! And yes they have money!!
Forget about the metal balls. Use them only on steering that has to be smooth...on arms and shocks i use silicone or rubber tubes cut then in the desied lenght and insert them in the plastic pice instead of the balls..the tube must be little tight in there. Just screw everything on again and you will see that it moves as good as with balls.. If you do like racing on a concrete track with a race car oke go balls...but for bashing ,crawling etc..tube worms best and is mantainence free and you will go like a year without play. I do this on all my scale trail and crawler cars ..sometime a little drop of oil yust to smooth things up but thats all.. Pivit balls even if you use hard steel wil have play after the first heavy run ,sand dust etc ...its not the ball but mostly the plastic piece that wears out first....so try it and you will be amazed..
Can somebody explain to me why the pumping of the throttle when doing a Harrier a Harrier roll or hover? Whenever I see a full-scale airplane doing these maneuvers they don't pump the throttle it's a constant throttle. I even see the airplane going up and down sometimes as a throttle is being pumped. I have been flying model airplanes for 39 years and I don't pump the throttle when I do these maneuvers. I use a constant level throttle. When I fly the real ones I don't pump the throttle either. Don't get me wrong he's really good.
was standing right there behind the flight stations and saw him back himself up with the plane (4:06 ) Not a bad flight considering he hadn't flown the plane before. joe nall 2017 was awesome. ..
+Cowboylifesaver This plane is great! I would buy another one in a heart beat. I have been flying that plane extremely hard for almost 3 years so I'm not surprised that the wing gave up. Its totally not Aeroworks fault. Please don't spread rumors
