"Well done, Angie! Mike has set you on an incredible journey. I hope this podcast inspires anyone seeking motivation to take that first step." From one of the 5am club❤
Be good to see you guys doing challenges, stuff like Hyrox, Tough Mudder. Restaurant reviews Hotels with gyms maybe.. Trying different sports…skydiving Going to events, festivals, if that’s your thing, if not then first time experience😅
I’m not trying to be that person but if you get intimidated by my male friends, especially my best friend who I consider a brother, I’m not really interested in seeing someone who’s that insecure or can’t trust me/their own judgement when they decided to make it official. If you have a history of cheating that one thing. But some ladies vibe better when male friends, and some male friends vibe better with female friends.
This is an absolute fucked and unhealthy way ro think about food. If you find yourself comparing yourself to people who are literally starving on an island YOU. HAVE. AN. EATING. DISORDER.
Ok I need that motivation to get up earlier! I keep setting my alarm to be productive before work but it’s soo much warmer to stay in bed 😅 3months and counting to wedding date and I need to get my arse in gear now!
Definitely agree with the hybrid approach. I prep a weeks lunches and breakfasts, and then I know I can have a certain amount of calories for dinner and can have what I fancy that day
Ok so I’m 10 mins into this episode and this is sooo relatable! Seeing Em start running has inspired me to try again (for the millionth time) but knowing you are not the only person who struggles definitely helps! My last 5k about 5 years ago was super slow - like 45 mins! Here’s to us working on getting quicker and further distances!
