If you are on the pc version, there are probably mods for it. There used to be a way to on Xbox back in very early versions but it was more of a camera perspective thing.

After I cut the footage, I let it run instead of trying to fix it. Most of the people died when the heath care and sewage were backed up. I lost my college campus, which contained 3500 people and a high density area along the coast that had 2500 or a little more than that. Next time I make a video like this, I'm going to put a count in of my population before and after and the destruction amount.
