I thought that 5313 was retired last May, but they have reactivated it and it will retire for the second and final time for this year, and it's sad that there will be no more NABIs wrapped in GoBus scheme for the GO28.
Well the circumstances are that they would retire it for one and for two prolly wasn't gonna be retired last May it was most likely up at CMF or it didn't leave the garage it was juss sitting here but I I feel like it was at CMF due for inspection in which I don't know if it passed or not
I miss the older MCI D series buses the first generation models like the D4000 which it used to be 102D3 and D4500 which it used to be 102DL3 back then with the DDS 60 and Caterpillar C13 ACERT engine with B500 series Allison Transmission
Omg if I could I’d buy and rebuild it especially being a former NJT Bus. Lived in NJ all my life and always loved seeing these in service on a daily basis let alone riding a few.
That's why I haven't seen it at the Atlantic City bus terminal in a while that used to be a Greyhound bus before they got it that bus probably has 40 million miles on it
Yea when they go up for auction that's where they gonna end up at they can probably be saved depends on they condition and if they can get parts for the bus but yea mostly gonna be stripped and after that get scrapped.
@@Internal.G40 most of those 7000s are in excellent condition & some can be saved if they would just sell the parts they took for them instead of keeping them to theirselves, making it more of a risk when preserving a bus.
@@nobody_5201well i wouldnt say most of the D4000s and D4500CLs are in good condition most of the time we can’t help the bus and what it’s been through its entire life all of which takes time to deal with and for all we know it can be one problem after another anything can happen and even so they take the parts out the buses that your useful to other ppl therefore they don’t keep anything to themselves they juss take parts and sell them onna marketplace or anything inbetween that’s how it goes
your camera work is really bad, you need to get with it, take some video lessons on how to study your camera or phone, and buy some things, they are not that expensive.
u have to be kidding, the camera shake was really bad, and can be easily remedied. that is what they have to do, otherwise I could not finish watching it. and no I am not jealous, and brian you need to rethink what you said. have a great holiday.@@brian_njtransit
Why are you telling me something I already know is what I don't understand I appreciate the fact that you care about that but understand that this video was taken almost 3 years ago and that I have more equipment than what I had before.
with the hope that you improve and buy the necessary equipment, for one I would never have put this up at all, but would strive to do better, and from what you said that you have improved then will look at some of your other videos. I did not know that you knew. so look forward to seeing something better, good luck@@Internal.G40
These busses was never the same anymore without the Bergen Ave busses with the orange strips, Red & Tan busses with the blue strips & A&C busses with the red strips.
