In the college university scenario I say it justified because you can get outside people wondering into the school dorms and student neighborhoods, when I went to a college party first one of the year 3 random thugs nobody knew went into the party not 5 min later they pulled their guns out while dancing like idiots and students started booking and shouting so it was emptied out and later reported so from personal experience it’s justified besides most college students nowadays carry their student ID’s for school benefits
