Scientific progress does not occur by itself - it happens because researchers invest themselves to answer fundamental questions. This channel features these people and their work.

Underground Channel is new geomedia dedicated to feature Danish geoscience. We bring the viewer up close with the explorations of our planet, its structure, evolution, landscape and dynamics.

Underground Channel is the first geoscience channel of its kind. The channel serves to show the ongoing research in Geocenter Denmark and its relevance to our society.

The team behind Underground channel produces videos on a frequent basis. Underground channel is funded by Geocenter Denmark and launched in 2015.

Geocenter Denmark is a formalised cooperation between 4 partners; Department of Geoscience at Aarhus University, The Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS), Department of Geoscience and Natural Resource Management (IGN) and Natural History Museum of Denmark

At 1:48 , " we don't really know why some parts of continents are stable" Well, I think we do know that it is the result of many factors like plate tectonics, erosion, volcanism acting on floating blocs of silicium enriched crust. This is a bit like the fossils who are preserved because of particular conditions in a stochastic process.

Virginia asteroid impact crater created Bermuda Islands and Blake Spur! The formation of the Western Plateau of the United States and the Rocky Mountains were created by an asteroid impact in the Great Lakes and an asteroid impact in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa. An asteroid with a diameter of approximately 300 km to 500 km falls in the Democratic Republic of Congo and collides with Earth! The asteroid falls at an angle of 48 degrees and passes through the Earth. As it passes through the Earth's mantle, two donut mantle convection currents occur. One is an underwater mountain range (rift valley, ridge) that extends from the Indian Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean. The second is the Pacific submarine mountain range (oceanic ridge, rift valley). Donut mantle rises due to heat! So, when it meets the crust, the crust separates. The remaining submarine mountains (rift valleys) are caused by two donut mantle convections following the Himalayan asteroid impact. In other words, the asteroid fell into the sea east of South Africa (now Tanzania). As it pierced the Earth and passed through the Ural Mountains, two donut mantle convection currents occurred. The angle fell at an angle. The first donut mantle convection created underwater landforms from the Australian South Sea, underwater rift valleys (undersea mountain ranges), and from the Philippine Sea to New Zealand. The second donut mantle convection gave rise to Arctic ocean ridges and rift valleys. In other words, two giant asteroids will fall and the continent will split (split)! Other large asteroid impacts have pulled or stretched convection currents in the otherwise circular donut mantle, causing the African continent to become uncircular! For reference, the primary vortex (donut mantle convection) of the asteroid that fell in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa, was cut off by the asteroid impact in the Himalayas. The tip of the cut donut mantle rose to become the island of Iceland. (donut = doughnut) *If the asteroid is about 100 kilometers in diameter, it has a core of its own. That's why doughnut mantle convection occurs twice. Once as the outer shell is shed, and twice as the core travels through the mantle! The Democratic Republic of Congo asteroid impacted Earth at an inclination of about 48 degrees. So it didn't hit the Earth's outer core! 🤔🤔😎🚀☄☄☄

What little I do know on the subject leade me to believe the nearest lands to the poles has the oldest discovered rock, be it Scandinavian, Greenland, Canada & nodoubt the ever self over promoting USA. To the South there are very old rocks in both South Africa & Australia in particular Tasmania.

KNOW, oh prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years of the rise of the Sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars...

Look at the shape of the planet without: The Ocean. And look at the Core of the Planet in your imagination. Then you will see the Thicker layers of the planet that stay away from the Core.

My theory - and you can come to know about it on my You-tube Channel - answers your questions. The Earth was once a very small protoplanet ( an asteroid even) in which its surface consisted solely of the oldest areas of crust - namely western Australia, South Africa, North America, Greenland and Finland. There were no ocean beds. This small planet then gradually inflated by the gravitational attraction of dark matter to its core. This inflation caused crustal stretching into a basin area. After a certain time the basin crust ruptured and this began the development of the first ocean bed. The Earth is now on its sixth planetary cycle and at maximum development of its ocean beds but within the next 40 million years it will reach a critical orbit with the Sun where it will start diminishing in size once again and all the ocean beds that have developed will subduct back below the continental crust. It is impossible to give you the whole story in just a paragraph and so I implore you to take a look at my video clips. Regards

When we look at the Grand Canyon we see many horizontal layers on top of each other but close-ups of these layers also show that they are completely separated from each other and the layers look rather homogeneous. How is this possible? Each layer is the effect of a recurring natural disaster, a huge tidal wave that is pulled over the planet, that is caused by a celestial body that circles our sun in an eccentric orbit. A thick layer of homogeneous mud remains on our planet. Fantasy? No, ancient knowledge that is available in books, legends, myths and religions. The many earth layers are solid proof for this recurring disaster. No scientist will agree to this because they all are focused on their small part of science. They know a lot about a little. Those natural disasters occur in a cycle of seven and create a cycle of five civilizations. The longest living civilization lives no more than 10,800 years. Nonsense? No, ancient knowledge and that knowledge is supported by many depictions that we find in museums on statues, cylinder seals, coins etc. The last time that this celestial body, planet X or nine, was seen and depicted and commented was just before our era. To learn much more about planet 9, the recurring flood cycle and its timeline, the rebirth of civilizations and ancient high technology, read the e-book: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". This book answers many of your questions about ancient history. It can be read on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search: planet 9 roest

What location do you keep saying? It sounds like, and the closed caption says, Israel. Also, I would direct you to the Acasta Gneiss in Northwest Territory of Canada. it has dated 3.09 4.1 Ga by three different sources (Australia, US, and Canada). The oldest zircon comes from Australia, and the oldest rocks comes from the Acasta Gneiss.

Thank you confirming something that has troubled me for years. Where we have or had continental subduction (let’s say India), every map I’ve seen of Pangea seems to think india had a recognisable shape. But if India has subducted, we don’t know the extent of what was lost.

Unless you’re gonna live for hundreds of years you’ll never get the benefits people claim for getting rock dust minerals. It’s a scam. Fall leaves are everywhere and they’re free. Get some wood ash from a fire pit. Add in some gypsum it’s cheap and works.
