HOLY FUCK THANK YOU!!! I been getting so damn irritated because everyone makes it sound so damn easy, although never really showing themselves doing it, and one video I just watched said to pry up but damnit that wasn't working. Down wasn't working... Nor was my angered twisty shit... I needed to know what the fuck was actually going on in there, so thank you for showing and explaining... I will go try again. Hopefully I can get it now that I know wtf is going on in that bitch!!! 🤯
I used to have an old B/S self propelled lawn mower & the engine was about stuffed. if it hit a clump of grass it would die. one day I was running short of petrol so I put about 25% diesel in it to get me by. Well it went great on that it could cut through grass twice as thick. So I ran it like that for years till I replaced it with a rideon mower.
Understand this guys do not get the idea diesel fuel is good for your power tool diesel fuel do not have lubricant to protect your cylinder and it does not have the heat protection to protect your engine you making get away with that in a 4-cycle engine but not two stroke engines
Enjoy this nightmare. It is truly a pain in the ass. Why couldn't they just do like all the others and put a damn hole on each side. Nope!!!! That's why I got a Honda
And if you have a spark plug that's porcelain is covered in carbon well carbon glows red when it gets hot. And will become a glow plug. If you want a lubricant use a bit of atf in your diesel fuel. It's flammable and should help to burn the diesel a bit more fully.
Well it is probably cheaper to run the red dyed diesel (offroad diesel that isn't taxed as heavily) than non-ethanol gas. And it is definitely cheaper that premixed 2 stroke gas, but hey his money and his motor. I'm glad he made the video showing it could be done.
I wouldn't even think about doing this with a high revving chainsaw like my ms362cm which revs out to about 14,000 rpm's and absolutely screams where as a weed wacker moans and maybe only revs out to 6 or 7,000 rpm's. I Could be a little off but I know weed wackers rev out to a lot lower rpm's.
Not to mention diesel has NO octane rating and actually mixing it with gas lowers octane...which would result in possible pinging issues, but the lower octane could be why some of these guys claim their ol POS lawnmiower ran better with Diesel. Not something to do with a nice chainsaw...I have an MS 390 that rips....So I feel ya on those monster revs
I love how they think it’s like common sense “just stick the screwdriver in the back and push the tabs” FUCKING HOWWWW thank you so much you’re the only one who explained it
This kind of video is what youtube use to be about. When you couldn't figure something out you went straight to RU-vid. Nowadays is full of a bunch of c********** reeling you in with click bait.you think you're going to watch a video on how to remove a wheel but instead it's some douchebag recording himself walking around making small talk with his phone like a loser "alright guys, or hey guys"
Hey there! How to get money off my 2002 tahoe. I tried a Tiny screwdriver medium sized a big one and none of them worked. Pissing me off because I've had it off but year ago when I took all the interior out and I remember it coming right out. I think when I took mine out the whole dash might have been out of the truck. Now I'm almost certain something else needs taken off. I tried it from every angle that I could I'm going to try to take that back cover off next
TY for the Video, I pried and Pried on those Pins, Finally i took off shroud and unscrewed shroud from back of steering wheel, heated and bent a screw driver and actually had to use a hammer to Knock the pins out, 2 Freaking hours uh, Thanks for the Video !
Hmm, seems to work just fine as a lubricant in diesel injection pumps. Try running gasoline in a diesel engine; the first thing to go will be the injection pump. Also, the deuce-and-a-half multi fuel engines can’t burn gasoline without mixing some oil in, but they burn diesel just fine without any additives.
So you're saying no engine has died from diesel oil dilution? If it's such a good lubricant why not run it as motor oil? Also consider that most mechanical injection pumps whose housings are integrated into the block are actually provided engine oil for most of the moving parts, unlike the external cam driven types of pumps which are specifically engineered to be able to pump diesel long term without cooking anything.
What if you put diesel and a little bit of gas in with it to get it to ignite from the spark plug since diesels don’t like the cold. That would heat it up enough for it to be able to ignite the diesel
Yea, it seems like, if they had built that back plastic part, that is held on there by two T20 screws, in two pieces that hinge together, it would have made getting access to the spring clamps much easier. That way you could just take the two T20 screws out and unhinge the back part, take it or out of the way and you would have much easier access to the spring clamps. But, this video shows the air bag off, so perhaps I just don’t work standing on my head using a mirror to see as good as other people. LOL Good video, like other, I wish I had looked for it before attempting the job.
Yes it actually works well that way, with no warm-up necessary. You could probably get a 2-stroke to run on most light oil fuels, as long as the engine is warm and the carb is adjusted properly.
+WildCowboy93 yes big help I was wondering the same thing you where, what to pry on and what way to pry on it, I haven't removed it yet but will tackle soon, hopefully the airbag doesn't knock my head off😨
