Street Workout, Calisthenics & Handbalance videos about the best athletes in the world. I also post stuff about my progression in these fields. Hope you'll enjoy my videos :)
After watching this video I decided to try these one-arm handstands and found them very easy to do.... ...while hanging upside down from my chinning bar with my inversion boots on.
this is very motivating thank you! I'm trying to achieve a normal handstand & am struggling alot but seeing what these people are capable of doing through effort & dedication drives me to push myself further.
Как бы мы не старались быть лучше всех 🙄🥺 оплата у артистов 💩🤧 в шапито вечно то холод то жара 💩... И в конце если остались в иной стране мы остаёмся без пенсии без прав 🤧не граждане 💩💩💩...
i used to watch your videos to motivate me back when i started, i was wondering if i could reach a high level so i could make feature in one of your videos! thanks a lot! you helped me to build my style in calisthenics and handbalancing! Hope to see new videos from you again!
I really love l sit and v sit progressions! because old school stretches reaching down to your toes never made me that much flexible vs overtime through countless of repetitions doing l sit v sit progressions. Sometimes it is not tight hamstrings that is limiting ones ability to reach down to your toes sometimes it is weak loose hip flexor muscles or tight sciatic nerve from my own experience. Also doing this makes press handstands easier doing l sit v sit progressions combined with planche progressions helps with press handstands
Nice video! I think Caruso became the undisputed master of this move, his body is just built for it and front lever and he trained it so much. Michal Urbanik also had an amazing cross and can still hold it while being taller and heavier than most.
I’m 53 year old , and I watch this video very often to keep my self motivated, I been doing handstand for year and a half and I’m getting some results, never give up my friends, age is just a number
There is something so special about this sport, I can't put it into words... I'm into a lot of things, like swimming, rock climbing, strength sports, freediving... but handbalancing lights a spark inside me that nothing else comes even remotely close to. It's a gem.
Im 53 years old and I don’t know if ever going to be able to do one arm handstand , I been doing it for 2 years and I can only hold my handstand for a minute with 2 arms never mine one arm , the process is slow but with positive results , I jus keep practicing almost every day
