It can be removed, but to my knowledge you need a special tool.Weatherby has a special tool & strap wrench. If you need to get it off I would recommend contacting weatherby directly.
@@panzarknacker it’s more or less just to get the plug out, I didn’t wanna file down the lip inside the tube but have realized the probably the better way to do it, so I order an extension tube and will do the dremel work once it arrives
I will always recommend a cz pistols, the checkmate works like charm. But it depend a bit on your hand size. The reliability of a cz pistol is superior to almost anything in my opinion. It has one weaknes and that is the slide release it can brake after 10000 rounds or so with major loads. It has also become very expensive. I would not recommend a short open pistol. But a 2011 pistol is a good allaround choice. Sps pistols can be good but it can also be the worst thing you ever buy, much like tangfolio pistols. If you look at the top shooters today use high end 2011 frame pistols. Personaly I am getting a BUL open pistol. But I Will never get rid og my checkmate.
Great video panzarknacker! After taking it apart and cleaning it, I can't get the action to cycle back. The link is in the hole, I pressed the shell lifter but it will only go back an inch and then stop. I can't get the action back!!! :(
I figured it out. I took the link rod apart from the bolt and when I put it back in I had it turned over! It won't go in to the plunger upside down! :O
Hi, if you follow from 3:43, what I do is push it in down the "ramp" and then the other way to get it into position at the "ramp", when you then put the firing pin in , it will lock it in to it's place. Sorry for this terrible description I do not currently have a ruger at hand, when I do I can try and explaine it better if you dont understand.

Few things that are not understandable, rack with small finger!!! " may be this is a new way", every time before you move you lifted the elbow and Lean the gun to the left?!?! Anyway good luck

AL-OBEDY This was actually the first time I shot the gun :) The left finger racking just feels normal to me, and if you mean that I tilt the gun when I am not aiming at targets, that is something I do to clearly know where I point the gun and avoid getting a dq from the RO not seeing that I have the finger out of the trigger. I only tend to do this when I need to move sideways or long runs forward with no targets to hit. this means I loose some time, but still working on my tactics.
Nei det var stagen som starter på 2:42, husker ikke hvilket nr det var, Det tok tydeligvis veldig lang tid å få noen squader igjennom denne stagen. Tror vi ble rundt 1,5 timer forsinket. Ellers funka matchen fint, squad 3 kjørte igjennom alle stagene kjapt syns nå jeg.. SSI scoring var helt genialt. håper flere bruker denne måten å score på til året.
Ja, det var litt vanskelig å score/patche den med de tønnene. Og forstår godt at tiden flyr :) Jeg ønsker også SSI-scoring på tab velkommen, men man er avhengig av internettilgang.
