Hi! My name is Raphael. I've been working as a musician and sound designer for over 20 years.
I went through a phase of insomnia, which led me to research various ways to relax and sleep well. I found many people discussing relaxing frequencies and came across numerous videos with extremely pleasant sounds.
I started studying more about these special frequencies and their positive effects on our minds and our bodies. I began creating my own music and experimenting with these frequencies in practice. Gradually, I managed to sleep again.
It is well-known that to achieve health, peace, and prosperity, it's crucial to be relaxed and in harmony with life. And believe me, sounds can help with that! My wife, Daniela (who also grew fond of the topic and started creating incredible sounds), and I built this channel to share our sonic experiments. Our goal is to help you find more tranquility, relax, sleep better, and ultimately enhance your quality of life.
This is the greatest mystery. However, regardless of anything, to do good and serve as fertilizer for this Earth is the mission of the conscious beings that we are, in my view. If we cannot do good, then let us at least be good fertilizers for the soil, for the sake of future generations.
