It would be a better video if it had good English for the audio that didn't have what sounds like Chinese language mixed in with it! A decent translation from the original Chinese into English would help immensely!
Hello, our company has to go to Vietnam to attend the exhibition, but I'm sorry that we have no showroom hall in Vietnam. Can you provide your mailbox address? I will quote to you by mail.
Hi Nice video. If I understand it well: STEP 1 is for ( Tip angle) or Primary Relief Angle. STEP 2 is for (front cutting angle) or Center Cutting Relief. STEP 3 is is for (back angle) or Secondary Relief Angle.
You could sell thousands of your machines if you used an english speaking person to the videos. Your smaller benchtop machines would sell very well if you did an indepth video series showing how to perform all the operations using all the varios attachments. With North America warehousing and proper product support you could have your machines in tens of thousands of amatuer machinists home shops as well as general machine shops. Every company that has gone this way has been incredibly succusful. look at the Anyang forging press as an example of how to do it. Your missing out because people have too many questions about your products and no answers. Your missing out on a huge market.
I like the radius attachment even though it's missing some key design elements to make it accurate. The rotating base should have stops you can set up your range of movement prior to grinding. There also seem to be many variations of the 50E, some appear better than others. The indexing pin forces the into a random position with only the pin to hold everything rigid, that's alone makes dozens of operations next to impossible. Theres no way to guarantee forward/back movement won't happen when your indexing. Some just have a snap ring at the front instead of a collar. All have terrible dovetails, the videos showing them in use indicate hardly any contact on dovetail and what appears to be galling, it's new. I don't see a way of locking the spindle from moving except the use of the indexing pin, if that's all there is it won't do many operations very well. I want to buy the radius end mill attachment 50E but the amount of rework it would need to perform all the tasks it claims to be capable of would take days to fix. It makes me wonder what else is going to be an issue. Is the spindle clearance less than 0.0002" ?
