I'm all for mocking bad employers, but free speech means you can't be prosecuted by the government. Implying that it somehow protects you from being fired is misleading at best, and closer to misinformation.
Biden /harris admin. Please keep in mind that many illegals are getting huge benefits from our government. We The American People are paying for their bills. Housing, medical, groceries etc. Business know this so the rent is increased and it’s a sure win, they’re going to get that check from the government like clockwork no matter how much the rent is! 😊groceries are increased, medical is increased and you loose your housing, less food and higher health care costs etc because, you can’t afford it. 😮This is under the Biden Harris administration policies. we’re paying for illegals to live far above us. I do not want anyone to live on the streets! But, when you put your own people out to help someone who is illegally in our country, it’s all for the money and votes. If you don’t understand what’s happening here then you must get educated on the facts.
This is not infringement on 1A. I am so sick of people not reading/comprehending. 1A is just the right that the GOVERNMENT will not impede your speech. A PRIVATE company has every right to try, especially if it is in your employment contract or their written rules.
AND .. that would be literally every worker in Australia! We are ALL protected by Unions. Also, we don't shoot up innocent kids at school on the daily! IKR, SO WILD?! LOL!
As long as she doesn’t reveal who employer is she should be alright. Most places have a policy against social media postings by employees mentioning who their employer is.
Hate to break it to you, but you have no right to free speech at your job,. Only the government is prohibited from passing laws constricting your free speech. Private companies can. This is shaky ground.
Yup. I like these videos, but they really aren't educational. If someone were to do all of this, their resume would be full of short stints at increasingly less lucrative jobs. You can advocate for yourself and such, but the company doesn't have to keep you or make your life a joy. Be advised: she's not giving you legal advice in any way. The company can bite back and be totally protected.
Is a low paying looser company really something to worry about ? ... if you are a bad company to work for, then as far as im concerned, i have absolutely no respect for you, and you are all but dead to me and enjoy the bad publicity you're company gets .... never understood people who are afraid and kiss b#tt to some ungrateful looser corporation 😅 they absolutely do not give two shi!ts about you and want your soul in return.. after working for one of the worst (happiest place on earth), all corporations can go to h#ll
The number of people who use the phrase "the customer is always right" as though it means literally that is astonishing. It means you do your best to accommodate the customer - within your authority, the company's policies, etc etc. It's an old training phrase. It doesn't mean the customer has unlimited power. Good grief.
"Outside of working hours, I have my personal time, which is unpaid by the company. If you want me to work outside of my working hours, I should be getting paid for said work."
