Would the restaurant name Brick Lane be paying homage to the actual street called Brick Lane in London UK? It's a street famous for it's Bangladeshi community and many curry houses.
You had all the meat, that's main thing. Wrap the meat in naan, add rice, and enjoy. (Wash down with a good Indian lager and bathe in the flavour hit.) The sauce I'll dip some poppadum into after I've enjoyed that tender lamb.
Need to come over to England where these curry's are dime a dozen and bloody lovely! Also Brick Lane is in London (as in its an area famed for having loads of curry restaurants in a little area, but definitely not good ones). Any ways great video!

I eat Phals and Vindaloos a lot, trust me you don't want to be wasting your time with cold drinks, ice cream, milk or whatever else to kill the burn. They only work while they are in your mouth then the burn returns in seconds. You need piping hot tea or coffee as hot as you can stand. This resets the temperature pain circuit in your nervous system that the capsaicin has sent into overdrive. A few sips and the burn disappears in seconds and does not come back. And the heat of the tea dissolves any oily spice chemicals on your tongue way better than any cold acidic drink. I was sick of getting bloated on litres of milk or yoghurt to little effect and one day with my mouth on fire I was annoyed that nothing was fixing my burn so I thought to hell with it I'm going to drink red hot tea, it can't make it any worse. I was stunned when after 3 or 4 sips I was totally recovered from a very intense state of panting and in a world of pain. Now I ALWAYS have a hot drink with my curries. I can eat loads more this way instead of filling up on drinks.

Yeah. The 2X Spicy is very good and tasty 👍 👌. But have you try the X3 and i think they also have a 4X Spicy?. I have tryed the X3 and i dont know or realy remember if they were so much spicier then the X2. But i will try them both more in same time or in cloce time to try if i could feel some differents. So you can also do some try and say what you feel. And ofc if you found the X4 you take them also 👍. But like you say abt the X2 is right. You have to like spicy stuff to take them and eat all of it so it is not something for beginners 😊. Greetings from Sweden. /Patrik
