Errrm point of correction. There wasn't anything like Asante during the era of Adansi. Adansi(Builders) were the elites of the Akan tribe which consisted of different sub groups. Asante isn't a tribe, it's simply means Esa Nti (Due to the war) a Union to bond all the groups together under one ruler. Some sub groups didn't want to be part of it so they broke off and migrated towards the south.
