Hi guys, on this channel as you can tell by my name I love to create things. I’ve always loved making things/props from movies or shows, so I decided to make a channel for other people to see what I have made.
🙋🏻♂️Mine, I cut in half too in 2022, and grew 4 bell pepper plants ( red, yellow, and orange ), but I believe they are to shallow when cut in half to grow many vegetables, like tomatoes, cucumbers ….. But for 2023, I’m not cutting in half, but removing about 1/3 of the long portion of barrel to increase depth. Like your design for connecting them together, which eliminates 2 post legs. I don’t plan on putting any cross member supports either. When I built the first planters, I just screwed the sides and ends to 2x4 boards, and landscape poles. I hate bending over, so planters are about 36” to 40” off ground. Viewed 2-23-2023 👍🏻
That looks kickass, was something I've been thinking about doing. Is there any noticeable rattle from the cables in the roof when driving? (Since the roofs sheet metal)
