You mean driver parks underneath the crossing arm, clearly stopped farther than the stop line, and the RR crossing arm lowers on to the dumb drivers car.

An important step is to clean the wheel before you paint it and use lighter coats. It looks great, but if you don't prepare the surface first, it will peel over time. Your title says something about worn out hubcaps and looking better than new, but there was nothing in the video about them. I don't know what "better than new" means, because that doesn't make sense. How can anything be better than new?

It’s very rare here in Thailand and they retail at 20M Baht, possibly more (1 USD = 34 Baht approx.) I saw one very briefly when we drove pass a dealer and that made my day. Very eye-catching despite being relatively small, compared to the AMGs and Ms next to it. A shame Import taxes made it unattainable / unwise purchase for even the wealthy ones.
