Bhastrika Pranayama may not be safe for everyone. It's best to avoid if you're pregnant, menstruating, or dealing with conditions like high blood pressure, heart issues, a hernia, or gastric ulcers. Those with epilepsy, vertigo, frequent nosebleeds, or eye problems like a detached retina or glaucoma should also steer clear. If you've had recent abdominal surgery or are at risk for stroke, it's best to skip this practice for now. Always check with a doctor if you're unsure.
Cause of imbalance? Competitive environment Urge to make more and more money without being satisfied in current situation Stress and traumas burden Hyper active lifestyle greed & material desires impulsive Pleasing the society How to balance? Having a SLOW routine! 3 rounds of slow chandra namaskar 10 minute of nadhi shodhan (1:2:2) 5 times Brahmari pranayama 21 times aum chant Doing what you love the most
**1. Omkara (Aum Chanting):** Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. As you exhale, chant "Om" slowly, feeling the vibration in your chest. Repeat a few times to calm the mind and center your thoughts. **2. Bhastrika (Bellows Breath):** Sit straight, take a deep breath in, and then forcefully exhale through your nose while contracting your abdomen. Do this quickly for about 10-20 breaths, followed by a deep inhale and relaxed exhale. This boosts energy and clears your lungs. **3. Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath):** Sit with a straight spine. Inhale deeply and exhale quickly through your nose, pulling in your stomach with each exhale. Focus on the exhales and let the inhales happen naturally. It helps cleanse the lungs and improve focus. **4. Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing):** Close one nostril with your thumb, inhale through the other. Close that nostril and exhale through the opposite one. Repeat the cycle, alternating nostrils with each breath. This balances your mind and body. **5. Bhramari (Bee Breath):** Close your eyes and ears with your fingers. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, make a humming sound like a bee. This is perfect for releasing stress and calming your nerves.
The exercise involves holding your left hand with your right hand, raising your left hand as high as possible, stretching your neck to the right side, and looking up. Hold for 30sec & repeat 3 times on both sides

Reconnect with your feminine energy through yoga by emphasizing flow, intuition, and nurturing. Here are some steps and poses to help you tap into it: 1. Create a Sacred Space - Find a quiet, comfortable place where you feel safe and relaxed. - Use soft lighting, calming scents like lavender, and play gentle music to set the mood. 2. Connect with Your Breath - Practice deep, diaphragmatic breathing (Pranayama) to calm your mind and body. - Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) helps balance feminine (ida) and masculine (pingala) energies. 3. Flowing Sequences - Vinyasa flow, where movements are synchronized with breath, helps you stay present and connected to your body. 4. Feminine Yoga Poses - Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana): Opens the hips and pelvic area, grounding you in your feminine power. - Child’s Pose (Balasana): Promotes relaxation and surrender, connecting you with nurturing energy. - Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana): Opens the heart chakra, enhancing self-love and compassion. - Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana): Deeply stretches the hips, where many women store tension and emotions. - Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana): Stimulates the sacral chakra, associated with creativity and femininity. 5. Meditation and Visualization - Meditate on the qualities you associate with feminine energy: intuition, compassion, creativity, and fluidity. - Visualize a glowing light at your sacral chakra (below the navel) expanding with each breath. 6. Embrace Intuitive Movements - Allow your body to move freely, following your intuition rather than structured poses. - Dance or engage in free-form movement to release stuck energy and express yourself. 7. Journaling and Reflection - After your practice, spend some time journaling about your experiences, feelings, and any insights that arise. - Reflect on how you can incorporate these qualities into your daily life. 8. Regular Practice - Consistency is key. Practice these poses and techniques regularly to strengthen your connection with your feminine energy. Integrate these practices into your yoga routine to nurture your feminine energy and bring harmony to your life
These 4 exercises will improve your posture, eliminate lower back pain and open up your chest. Perform these exercises for 2 minutes a day, smoothly and in control🙌
• Poor Posture: Sitting or standing incorrectly can strain your back muscles, making it tough to feel comfortable throughout the day. • Muscle or Ligament Strain: Overexerting yourself during physical activities can lead to painful strains that linger. • Herniated or Bulging Discs: When discs in your spine get out of place, they can press on nerves and cause significant discomfort. • Arthritis: This common condition can affect your lower back, making movement painful and stiff. • Osteoporosis: Weak, brittle bones can lead to painful fractures in your spine, even from minor stress. • Sedentary Lifestyle: Sitting for too long without enough physical activity can weaken your back muscles and lead to pain. • Stress: Emotional stress can manifest physically, causing muscle tension and back pain. • Obesity: Carrying extra weight puts additional pressure on your back, which can lead to chronic pain. • Injuries: Accidents or falls can cause immediate and lasting back pain. • Age: As we get older, our spine undergoes changes that can lead to pain and discomfort.
