Good Evening 😊 Awesome Video👌🏽I Have a Tin of OGS That I Need To Open 😉 Thanks For The Chat and Sharing a Pipe With Me 🌬💨💨 Have a Great Evening and a Fabulous Friday 🙏🏽 God Bless You 🙏🏽 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
Great video and would love to try some Northwoods, you’ve convinced me. Unfortunately I’ve looked everywhere and can’t buy it in the uk? My usual online tobacconist doesn’t stock it.
Yep, I was very interested in buying a Boswell because I really like his freehand work, but I gave up on that because he doesn’t make 9mm pipes. Consequently, I don’t even visit his website anymore.
@@londoncallingwithsimon6817 How do you tell if the tenon is large enough to turn it into a 9mm? Do all of the ones you've purchased in the past come with 10mm tenons?
Enjoyed the chat Simon. I am yet to try OGS, you certainly make it sound tasty and I am going to have to put it on my list. A question with regards to the Reserva Real, what your preferred size? Looking for non Cuban options. Have a great day Regards Mark
@@TruckinPiperBob hey Bobby mate. If you’re preparing it for smoking, then def age in the jar 1-3 years or so, but you’ll see improvement sooner, open the jar every couple weeks toss the baccy a bit, get some air to it and close it up. If you’re cellaring it long term then leave in sealed tin and jar as much in advance as you can before smoking.
Nice chat, Simon. I just bought a new cornet. Played trumpet and cornet until I was 18 (64 now). Going to re-teach myself, though I can still play a couple tunes from memory. I need to put OGS back in my rotation - been some time since I’ve had any. Look forward to the auction for Phil. Cheers!
I started my first instrument at 60, the electric guitar, I'm now 67. Even on days where my playing doesn't progress as fast as I'd like, I still enjoy it. One song that might provoke you to start is Gary Moore, Still Got The Blues. The live version on RU-vid. Enjoy it with your favorite bowl and coffee. Love your show!
Hey Simon, amazing grain on #917. I can see what you're saying that it warrants the supergrwin stamp, but doesn't quite live up to what you expect to get out of a 5* rating. Enjoy your hump daaaaay. Cheers
